Our client, a leading manufacturing company, is seeking a Systems Analyst for a hybrid full-time position. The ideal candidate must have in-depth expertise with IQMS ERP (DELMIAworks) systems, including manufacturing, planning, purchasing, finance, and reporting modules. This position involves enhancing ERP processes to scale business operations, improve efficiency, and meet new business needs. Pay range $71,000-$80,000


Key Responsibilities

  • Configure and support business operations within IQMS ERP and related systems.
  • Design and develop Crystal Reports for business insights and decision-making.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to implement and maintain ERP solutions.
  • Lead development and implementation of ERP modules across functional areas such as manufacturing, quality, finance, and supply chain.
  • Troubleshoot system issues and ensure timely resolution.
  • Analyze and document functional and technical requirements for system upgrades or enhancements.
  • Conduct system testing for upgrades, releases, and new implementations.
  • Provide training and support for ERP users, ensuring understanding of configurations and processes.
  • Maintain and document system configurations and application testing protocols.
  • Partner with IT and external vendors to ensure high system reliability in a 24/7 manufacturing environment.
  • Regularly evaluate ERP system improvements and leverage business intelligence tools for efficiency.

Requirements

Must-Have Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with IQMS/DELMIAworks ERP, including module implementation and system setup.
  • Strong expertise in Crystal Reports development.
  • Solid understanding of SQL queries and report generation.
  • Proven experience in manufacturing environments, preferably in plastics.
  • Strong communication skills to engage technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Ability to travel up to 25% for project implementation and support.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in multi-site ERP implementations.
  • Familiarity with additional ERP and reporting tools.
  • Background in IT integrations for acquired companies.
  • Hands-on experience with quality management systems (QMS).
